Dan Bricklin (creator of VisiCalc, the first spreadsheet) has written an interesting article titled, Small Business Blogging. For many small businesses a personal relationship is their main difference from a “faceless” large organization.
And Steve Outing from the Poynter Institute suggests that news organizations might do better by hosting weblogs for small businesses, rather than only pitching them ad banners: Business/Corporate/Advertising Weblogs
