There’s a new version (3.0) of Movable Type on the way. “… we plan to have a beta release in early Q1 of 2004.”
I wish Blogger would give some indication as to whether there’s a Blogger 2.0 in the works. I’m getting very close to converting this blog over to MT because of its features, ongoing development and their willingness to communicate at least some of their plans.

I’m helping the Public Journalism Network to get their PJNet Weblog Collective launched. Len Witt explained the project yesterday in the PJNet weblog and graciously acknowledges how my nagging eventually wore him down.
Len’s new weblog, BiggerBrain, is the first in the collective, with more to follow this week.

I’ve recently installed the phpBB message board platform for EdVisions Coop, Northfield.org, and the UMTA. These online communities will be in a precarious condition over the next few months, as it’s always tricky to get a critical mass of regular participants.

Pro-bono: a new weblog/website for the League of Woman Voters Northfield. And a revamped site for Northfield.org.
