Mary Reid, Kingston Councillor and Local e-Democracy Chair, and Isobel Harding, Local e-Democracy Lead and now the Chief Executive Officer of the new International Centre of Excellence for Local eDemocracy, received a recognition plaque last night from Jim Fitzpatrick MP, Minister for Local e-Government the celebration dinner at The Painted Hall at the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, London.
